We loved everything. The owners were friendly and courteous, the place was quiet and safe. Rooms were clean, the kitchen had all the essentials. We could grill and relax outdoors. It was simply fantastic, we’ll definitely return for a break. Strongly recommend.

The location is perfect for those who enjoy being “close to nature” and craving silence and calm. The stream’s murmur soothed us and helped us fall asleep quickly. It’s close to walking and cycling routes. I have no complaints about the stay, but a good practice I’ve seen elsewhere would be to greet guests at the start with a small coffee or tea plate in the snack bar or a bottle of mineral water per person. It’s a tiny gesture that really brightens the arrival after a long trip.

About 400–500 m to the market and shops in Tylicz. The owners are kind and helpful. Parking is adjacent to the building. In winter, a few steps take you to the ski slope. A large kitchen is available for guests. Rooms have balconies. A stream runs through the property. The room might feel a bit small for two people with two suitcases, and the bathtub is a touch tiny, but overall the reception was positive.
