Toto e Peppino Luxury Rooms

They don’t usually give away secrets, but Rione Sanità is an authentic slice of Naples with friendly, hardworking locals who still enjoy life. Just one street crossing from the bustling Centro Historico, the location is ideal. The lower part of Sanità, where Toto & Peppino is also located, mostly consists of old palazzi with plenty of patina. Antonio and Giuseppe are always nearby and help guests in every way. The rooms are large, clean, modern, and comfortably furnished. I’ll definitely come back!

The hosts were very warm and attentive. My car was moved to a safe parking spot and then I was taken on a scooter to the hotel. The rooms are a breath of fresh air in busy Stella. I would have liked the lighting to be a bit cozier; a room bathed in white light feels less cozy.

I had a truly enjoyable stay! I give Antonio and Giuseppe a perfect 10 for their hospitality, professionalism, kindness, and willingness: always there and attentive, never intrusive. The rooms look far better in person than in the photos: brand‑new, well‑maintained, and exceptionally clean. You can see the care for details and the upkeep of the spaces. I came alone and especially liked the location in the Sanità neighborhood, which I found ideal for exploring Naples. Another factor that made me feel at ease was the ability to return to the hotel at night without any worries. I will definitely come back!

The location is lively in the working‑class area. The room was quiet and clean. Personal contact with the host was excellent. Breakfast was delivered to the room. If it had been possible, we would have given an 11.
