“Rather strange place to stay.”
We stayed in a room at the back of an antique shop and had to walk over slippy stones to reach a toilet that was actually part of a coffee shop; the door to the room/shop was “locked by a bamboo stick, wedged at an angle,” so I wouldn’t stay there again. On the bright side, the location was nice enough, the car park was fairly convenient, we asked for extra futon and it was provided straight away, and the recommendation for dinner was good indeed. Breakfast was minimal, just one slice of toast, a cup of coffee, a small cup of yoghurt, and a few pieces of fruit. The overall score was 4.0/10.
