“Clean hotel, but poor service”
The hotel itself was clean and tidy, but unfortunately the reception staff were a bit offhand. They seemed a bit disinterested in helping us, which was a shame because the hotel itself was nice.
“Good hotel with some rough edges”
This hotel was good in terms of location and comfort, and the guy in charge was really helpful and accommodating. The only thing I'd say is that everything was a bit rough around the edges, but it was still a decent place to stay.
“Friendly Staff, But Some Drawbacks”
The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, and the breakfast was amazing - delicious, varied, and plentiful. The workers even helped carry our luggage, which was a big plus given the hotel's challenging entrance. Unfortunately, there were a few issues, such as the lack of air conditioning, no partition between the room and bathroom, and no lock on the bathroom door, which meant we could hear everything from the bathroom.
“Fantastic VIP room”
The VIP room was absolutely fantastic - it was like a little oasis. The bed was huge and comfortable, and the room was decorated really nicely. There was nothing to complain about, to be honest.
“Beautiful Views, Accessibility Issues”
The views from the hotel were stunning, and the breakfast had a great variety. However, the hotel's location can be a bit tricky for seniors to navigate, as there's no elevator, and parking spots are limited. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable, but the lack of accessibility features was a drawback.
