The room was very large, but the bed was too low.
The staff were friendly and the reception was good. The pool was enjoyable. However, there were no beers or cocktails at the pool and no gym.

There wasn’t much to praise; the restaurant was decent and the hotel sits close to Bukittinggi’s centre, which also makes it very noisy. The hygiene was terrible – the bathrooms smelled of urine, looked dirty and old, and the bedding was filthy with stains. We found it so unhygienic that we left the hotel right after check‑in without spending a night, even though we had paid for a week. No one responded to our complaints; they even claimed the rooms had just been cleaned, which is unbelievable. Staying there was intolerable, so we departed despite having paid, and I would not recommend this place at all.
