Unlike a typical hotel, this small, family‑run spot with only two rooms felt more like a warm, welcoming home. Everyone was exceptionally kind, and the atmosphere was very quiet and peaceful. One unforgettable moment was when I was heading to Yusaitei in Arashiyama and realized I’d be late; the owner kindly drove me all the way to Kyoto Station so I could arrive on time—a gesture that truly surprised me. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with a cup of Japanese tea and a traditional Kyoto sweet, a lovely and thoughtful touch. Even the logo and key holder in the room were so cute! Thank you for making me feel at home and for your incredible kindness. I’d love to stay here again if I return to Kyoto. Thank you for everything! ❤️

The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, giving me plenty of tips for outings, letting me do laundry right away, and even taking me to the train station on the day I left.
