The front‑desk lady who checked us in was lovely, wonderful, and always helpful; she even recommended delicious restaurants. However, in the morning we were shocked to find the kitchen area empty for breakfast. Many guests were waiting for food, and the kitchen staff tried their best but explained that supplies hadn’t arrived on time, leaving us with no substantial food and watered‑down coffee. Several children also had nothing to eat. There was no compensation offered, which was disappointing. The desk manager, who looked freshly awakened, was also surprised by the shortage and blamed delivery delays, but again no remedy was provided. I didn’t ask the main desk for anything, but I would have expected at least a voucher for McDonald’s or something similar. We will never stay at this hotel again and will choose another chain in the area. Thank you for reading this important feedback.
