I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The moment I stepped in, I was hit with the run-down atmosphere, and the lack of cleanliness was evident everywhere. The noise level was unbearable, and the windows wouldn't close properly, letting in a constant stream of light. To make matters worse, the door had noticeable cracks, and the bed-lamps couldn't be turned off, keeping me awake all night.
