A big thank you to the receptionists at the hotel, who are always extremely kind, welcoming, and especially very flexible; at each of my stays they go out of their way to help and respond to my requests, always with a smile and a lot of professionalism.

A truly gorgeous and spotless hotel, set far from city noise and only about 200 m from the sea, with a refined design and unique artworks. The staff are very kind, helpful, and always ready to assist. I highly recommend it! Thanks to everyone 🙏🏽

A brand‑new, modern hotel with a comfortable bed, smart TV, and air conditioning. The staff are very friendly and pleasant. The breakfast buffet is excellent, and there’s free transfer to the affiliated hotels in Tulum and Bávaro Beach, where you can pay for a day pass to enjoy the private pool and beach – highly recommended.
