The hotel is very cheap, but everything inside was tidy and clean. I can’t really complain, for the price you can’t find anything much better. It’s close to the S‑bahn station and overall has a lot of transport options. The staff who run the place are unenthusiastic and unhelpful, but the rooms are decent, without any extra frills.

Only the price matters. The R&B Hotel generally offers good value for money, but several issues really spoiled the stay. The TV in our room didn’t work, and despite reporting it, nothing was done and the problem stayed unresolved. Even more disappointing was that we, as a couple, had to sleep in separate beds, and no solution was offered after we raised the issue. For the price the hotel is acceptable overall, but during a stay you’d expect far more attention and willingness to fix problems from the staff.

There was nothing good here. The hotel is unbearable, dirty, stinking, with broken equipment, clogged drains, dirty windows, no contact person except at reception. The poor people sitting there are friendly. No one knows who owns the hotel. Absolutely outrageous!

The price was good. Everywhere you could smell the restaurant’s odor and the bathroom had an unpleasant drain smell. The cleaning staff came an hour before check‑out without announcement into the room.

Things. It was old, it was quite dirty when we arrived, the table was about to fall apart and it was full of Polish workers who were noisy. It felt more like a boarding house than a family‑friendly place.
