Jessica was amazing and very helpful, and the staff were all friendly; the location is great, but the shower was a bit lacking.

The room was great, the hotel had a lot of character, the staff were friendly, breakfast was great, and the only problem was that I had to pick an early arrival slot because of limited spacing.

The location is fantastic, close yet still quiet; it’s a wonderful place, a small intimate hotel, and I’d pick it again if we go to Venice; the staff are so sweet and helpful, sincere and present in their service, and there is absolutely nothing negative.
