“Not a Marriott standard”
The balcony was nice, yet the bathroom needed renovation, with weak water pressure and hot‑water issues.

The place was clean, but I expected a river view balcony for what I paid, and the parking fee was outrageous compared to the $5 valet parking at San Antonio public parking.

The location was great, the front desk and valet were excellent, and the Bistro’s drinks and service were superb. The only minor dislikes were that the bed felt a bit firm and the shower water wasn’t hot enough; I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was clean and well‑located, but a staff member was extremely rude to our whole family at check‑in, the room wasn’t ready until well after check‑in time, the building feels old and the rooms are outdated, only one elevator worked, parking cost $54 per day, and there were not enough towels or toiletries.

The location was nice, but parking was cramped so I had to park in a way that blocked traffic to get in. The balcony lacked chairs unlike other balcony rooms I’ve stayed at, so the price felt unjustified, and there were no luggage carts at arrival or checkout.
