I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. The phone staff were rude and lied about our room having a private bathroom, which it didn’t. When we tried to book elsewhere they panicked, tried to give us the room we actually paid for, and hung up when I asked for a refund.

I booked for the 13th of June 2026 with a 2pm check‑in. After driving three hours, at 17:23 a call told me only one room was available even though I had paid for two, and they wanted me to accept one or cancel everything. I still hadn’t received access info, so I asked on the call and they hung up, promising to call back. I called several times with no answer. After about an hour of waiting outside until 18:24, they finally gave me two different door codes, only one of which worked. Inside, the upstairs toilet was dirty and not working, the house smelled bad, the place was unclean, and the bedding hadn’t been changed. Communication was terrible, the property was in poor condition, and the whole experience was awful. I would not book with this host again; the host was just apologetic and the service was unacceptable.

Lovely room, Very clean. Close to the town centre. I just needed somewhere at short notice to get my head down after a night out. Booked this place at short notice and was pleasantly surprised. Lovely room with en suite bathroom. Very clean. Communication from the host was excellent. I will definitely book again if I'm in the area
