The hotel is nice and clean, with very supportive staff, cleaning ladies, and a doorman. It’s a walking distance from the pyramids, has a nice balcony and rooftop, nearby food spots, a bank, and a 10‑minute walk to transportation. The property itself is fine, but the surrounding neighborhood and streets could be cleaner given its touristy nature.

I had a wonderful stay in Giza; the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived, making me feel comfortable and well taken care of. I was pleasantly surprised by the facilities, all of which exceeded my expectations and provided a very comfortable and enjoyable environment. The overall experience was fantastic, and I genuinely enjoyed every part of my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Giza and would happily stay here again on my next trip to Egypt.

The staff were friendly and the parking spot was safe and convenient, and the location is super close to the pyramids, but the narrow street can be a bit of a hassle.

The best thing to highlight is the staff’s attention; they were very courteous and helpful, always ready to assist with any need. Ahmed was a great guide, recommending beautiful and reasonably priced excursions, and Nemer was very attentive and cordial, always available. The facilities were well maintained, with a lovely terrace overlooking the pyramids and beautiful sunsets. The room was spacious with air conditioning, and I rented a car and found a well‑kept parking lot. In short, a beautiful place that I highly recommend and will return to. The only improvements that would make it even better are a pool, a TV with more language options, and a bit of kitchen repair for cooking; otherwise everything was fine.
