“Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt!”

The location was actually central yet a few minutes’ walk from the old town, which was great; a free parking spot was right across the hotel. Service and breakfast were very good. The bathroom could use more storage; we didn’t know where to put our cosmetics. If you’re sensitive to noise, the room right behind the hotel is a music school that practices often and loudly.

“Disappointed”

The hotel was a short walk into town, but the return trip was uphill. I paid for a Deluxe room, yet it felt no different from a standard room and was quite small. The shower door needed fixing during our stay because a runner failed; water leaked through the cubicle doors, so we had to use towels to soak it up. When opening the room’s main door, there was no automatic light, forcing us to fumble in the dark to find the card switch for the lights/air‑con. We were surprised there was no bar or restaurant open in the evening. My partner had coffee with breakfast, and the cups without handles for hot drinks were a bad idea, as he said. The hotel faced very run‑down buildings in front, and our room faced a music school with higher windows than our balcony doors, so we had to keep them closed to avoid being disturbed by students practicing instruments and singing from early morning until mid‑evening. We were also surprised that on one evening a young female staff member was the only one on duty; she seemed trained but was alone at reception during the night. Overall, I don’t think the “Boutique Hotel” label fits; we won’t recommend or return.

“Hotel niedaleko starówki, z wygodnym materacem, ale swoje najlepsze lata ma już za sobą.”

The design, location and staff were good, the mattress was very comfortable, and breakfast was decent but unchanging. The breakfast was rather monotonous, offering only scrambled egg powder and hard‑boiled eggs. The bathroom was very small, the silicone and grout finish was poor and visible in the photos. Sounds from other rooms were audible, although the number of people at breakfast didn’t feel that high. Cleaning service was selective. There was no toilet brush. Reported issues included a broken scale missing one leg and a clogged sink that worked with a small flow but filled quickly when turned off and drained slowly.

“Muy agradable y placentera.”

The cleanliness was very good, breakfast excellent, and the interventions were well maintained. I would only miss a microwave to heat the milk for coffee, because the oat, soy and almond milks are cold and the morning coffee is best served hot.
