The outside looked nice, but there was no breakfast—only coffee and snack bars. Bugs were on the lobby floor, and mop buckets sat in the hallway that hadn’t been cleaned. I stayed in room 105 on my first night; the shower head barely produced water and the curtain was moldy. A few days later I returned to room 115, but the door didn’t lock, so anyone could walk in—really felt like a place for birds.

They offered a room at 11:00 pm, but when I tried the key at 11:15 pm it didn’t work and the staff told me to return the next morning; I asked about smoking outside and they simply said lock the door and leave it open, which was unacceptable because I was alone at midnight and the door was unlocked. On top of that, there was no microwave or fridge in the room and no continental breakfast.

The room was big, but the floor was dirty, the back door stayed open and anyone could slip in from the rear, so it wasn’t safe.
