Muy bien. Muy bien
“Excelente estancia”
The room overall is very good. The lobby urgently needs air conditioning because it’s unbearably hot.
“Excelente lugar para estar en Playa del Carmen”
Everything was great: the place was spacious, comfortable, modern, fully equipped, and perfectly located, and the reception team were very friendly.
“Cómodo y buena ubicación”
It is comfortable but needs finishing touches; the pool was somewhat murky. The staff are excellent. It is large and well‑situated.
“Muy recomendable”
I couldn't find anything to complain about – the location was spot‑on, the staff were friendly and constantly looking for ways to improve my stay, the new facilities were spotless and comfortable, and everything I needed was there. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus, and the value was unbeatable.
