The facilities were great and the location good; most staff were helpful. Some parts looked like they needed tidying and cleaning.
The overall cleanliness of all facilities was good, but the kids’ activities were lacking.
The apartment is a good size and has everything you need for a self‑catering stay. It’s very tidy and modern. The downside is that the patio and braai are shared with units 51A, 51B, and 51C, a fact that the booking site didn’t mention.
An excellent place to rest on the Garden Route, with attractions for kids, laundry facilities, and great sleep. The reception staff were top class! Nothing to complain about.

We thought the place was overrated; kids do have some play options, but don’t expect too much. Apart from that it was fine, but for the price we’d had a much nicer experience elsewhere.
