The hotel is really nice, with rooms that are larger than the average place in the area; they feel very spacious and the location is good too.
“Aceptable”
The room space is good. The neighborhood where it’s located is not.
It was easy to transfer from our previous room to this one, and it’s right next to the laundry room, so that’s convenient. The bed is a bit hard and squeaky.
“Simple but Jakuzzi was amazing”
The whirlpool on the terrace was amazing, and the hotel is close to the train station with friendly staff; laundry machines are free. Public transport and the convenience store are a bit of a walk, and in August it was simply too hot to walk that distance. The bathtub in the bathroom isn’t really shaped for showering; there’s a gap between the tub and the wall where water seeps in, soaking the floor and making that spot hard to clean.
“とても快適だった”
A short walk from the station was just right, and being able to stroll to the aquarium at night was fantastic; the place felt quiet, spacious for the price, clean, with a large bath that suited a tourist stay, and the free washer‑dryer was a nice perk. The laundry was free but a guest left clothes inside for so long that the machines were unusable; it wasn’t the staff’s fault, but with only one retrieval basket it would have helped to have four separate bins for dryer and washer use, and a reminder note for guests who forget to collect their laundry would be useful.
