“With the sun shining in October we enjoyed all yhe local sites”
The place had just been refurbished and offered good access to the region and its surroundings. Eric served a great breakfast, always with a smile.

I was blown away by the breakfast – the fresh fruit and homemade rhubarb compote were fantastic. The only hiccup was that when we got there in the evening the room was freezing, but once we figured out how to use the air source heating it warmed up nicely, just a bit slow at first.

Everything was spot on: the hosts, the room, the service – nothing to complain about.

The room was perfect with a super comfy bed, and Eric was an amazing host who cooked a cracking full Scottish breakfast to start the day. If you forget your hat, there’s a top‑quality locally made one on the week gift/souvenir table. Thanks for a lovely stay.
