The location is only a few hundred metres from the station and the metro/duomo stop. Nothing to report.
The spot was great and the welcome was warm, but there was no shampoo or soap in the shower.
We felt very comfortable at Ruma guesthouse; thanks to Enzo for welcoming us and explaining the accommodation and how to explore the city.
The location made it easy to reach everywhere, close to the main station and a short walk from the harbor, and the owner was friendly and helpful; the room was nicely furnished. However, the cleaning, especially of the bathroom, seemed rushed—shower head still had hair from previous guests, and daily cleaning was not guaranteed, so a broom and shovel might be useful; breakfast was just a croissant or a pastry, not much else, but otherwise everything was fine.

The place was modern, new, and spotless, the owner was professional, available, and kind, and the value for money was excellent; there were no complaints.
