How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The rooms are excellent and the host is kind. The breakfast wasn’t fresh. On the second day, some of the food was served from the previous day (half a cookie was in the jar, the jam bowl was half full—just as we left it the day before). I’d suggest the owner remove breakfast from the offer if it isn’t handled properly, because it ruins the overall experience.

A fantastic spot to spend a weekend. For the price, it’s simply superb. Armen and his family are wonderful, hospitable, and responsive. The place itself is four small new wooden summer cottages. The beds are very comfortable, the shower is good, and each cottage has a table outside. The air‑conditioner is very quiet! The wooden cottages mean high noise transmission and creaky floors. It doesn’t affect my rating much, but I feel it’s worth mentioning.

Location. In the morning we couldn’t shower; there was no hot water. The password for free Wi‑Fi was nowhere indicated.

I liked the location and the very cozy, quiet courtyard where I could sit and drink tea, coffee or wine. The courtyard includes a summer kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, stove, and all the necessary cookware, so I could prepare any meal. The room had everything I needed, with new plumbing, clean surroundings, comfortable pillows, and non‑squeaky linens. No complaints.

The host was incredibly welcoming – we got there late at night and they served us tea, wine and some homemade jam right away. The room was brand‑new, comfortable and just the way I liked it, and the next morning we enjoyed tea on the shaded veranda under the trees. The only downside was that the road noise could be heard in the morning, but if you’re a heavy sleeper it’s barely noticeable.
