Because we were heading to Estadio Pascual Guerrero for the Cali Half Marathon, the location was great, just a couple blocks from the stadium, close to 5th Avenue and the mass transit system. It’s also near Parque del Perro, which guarantees shops, bars and restaurants. The hotel’s infrastructure and architecture are ugly and poorly designed; our room was on the third floor after navigating a maze. We were handed a dirty room, and even after two nights and the beds were made, it remained unclean. I even had to pick up trash under the beds when I went to check out. The beds were quite uncomfortable, as were the pillows and linens. Breakfast service was pretty poor, the menu was confusing, and it was a small, unsatisfying spread. Overall, the facilities are poorly maintained and lack cleanliness. Everything feels mediocre and needs a lot of improvement.

The marine vibe and the panoramic view of the ria make you feel like you’re on a cruise; the breakfast buffet is spectacular. Everything else is fine.
