Hotel Zara International

they are scamming the customers. If you will book they will give you a very small room. The room will be completely different from the pictures that are uploaded here. If you are planning to stay for more than 1 night. I won't suggest you this place. Everything is good but you are getting cheated by the property. Thanks. Always confirm your booking with property first and also ask for the room pictures before getting or check in the hotel. Thanks. Clean rooms and comfortable mattress

“Improves housekeeping facilities”

They tried to keep customer service up by arranging bath towels, soap, and drinking water, but they didn’t clean the room after a day’s stay, the extra mattress was too hard compared to the regular bed, and the bath towel had a bad smell.

“A clean, affordable hotel with friendly staff and a convenient location near the airport and metro, though the rooms are”

I had a pleasant stay: rooms were neat, clean, and well‑maintained; the price was very affordable and the value excellent. Staff were friendly, cooperative, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, with the airport and metro station a short walk away. Overall a comfortable, budget‑friendly stay I’d recommend. However, the rooms are not very spacious, so they may feel cramped for some; the surrounding area is decent but not upscale, food options are limited—usually you need to order online or ask staff to arrange meals—and there aren’t many good restaurants within walking distance, which can be inconvenient if you like dining out nearby.
