Everything was lovely. We ate all our meals at the hotel—breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Nothing really stood out as negative.

Service was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the hotel was very well run; I will return. Michael Crowne.

The staff were very friendly and efficient, the location was excellent, and the breakfast had a great range with table service. The room was spacious with nice views over the Shannon river, and the bar was well stocked. Only issue: in the bathroom the expelair was broken and mould had started to form on the ceiling; I reported it on departure and the staff recorded full details to fix it, but it did not affect my enjoyment of the hotel.

Breakfast was nice, and Manager Luca was very helpful in setting up a nice area for me to work. The only downside was that there was no room service—arrived late and I couldn't get anything to eat.
