“Lovely clean caravan, peaceful location.”

We spent three nights in the caravan, and it was a lovely, relaxing experience. The caravan itself was clean and the site was quiet and peaceful, with easy access to beautiful coastal walks. It’s also within walking distance of Bude, which was really convenient and didn’t take too long. The only small gripe was that the chairs on the decking weren’t the most comfortable.

“It was an excellent experience staying in a clean, quiet and peaceful place.”

The place was clean, spacious enough for a family of three, and situated in a nice, quiet spot. It’s almost a walking distance to Northcott beach and the sip+sea cafe. Watching ducks fly over every morning and evening was an exceptional experience for our 2‑year‑old daughter. I wish we had booked our stay longer. The only issue was that, although there were multiple dust bins across the area, I couldn’t find the one closest to the property as mentioned in the guides.

“Great location!”

The caravan felt modern and in good shape, and it was close to both the beach and the town. Unfortunately, construction work on the site during our stay was noisy, disrupted access, and the water quality was poor.

“Brilliant value caravan with all we needed and the weather was stunning which always helps!”

The place was clean and tidy, and its seclusion was a big plus—no one behind us, so we felt very private. We loved the view over the town and the golf course, and a short walk led us to a quiet beach behind the property. The only downside was the pool: it was closed Monday and Wednesday mornings, and even when we tried to swim, booking was required and it closed in the evening.
