“Good stay”
This small hotel sits off I‑40 in a very rural spot. Although the buildings are old, the rooms were spotless, well‑furnished, and cozy. The front‑desk lady was pleasant, and we enjoyed our overnight stay.

Easy to find. The place looks very old‑fashioned, and we had to search around for a place to eat at night.

I could lock my bicycle in my room, which is really important to me. The Wi‑Fi in the room didn’t work.

They did have ice. I killed three cockroaches in my room, left a note to see if they would respond, and they didn’t. There was no coffee in the room, and none available in the office. If there were, it was never mentioned at check‑in.

The lady who checked us in was unfriendly. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere! The TV worked for about an hour, then lost reception, even though there were no storms to block the signal. There was no coffee on site, no tissues, only one roll of toilet paper, and the bed had a thin cover. I do not recommend it.
