Nothing noteworthy. Breakfast was good. The road to the place was very, very bad. Our car was damaged, we lost half a day and a lot of money on repairs. There is no one to answer calls after office hours. Our booking showed a complete figure including all guests but they charged us extra. The property is in a jungle area and there are many insects in the rooms. Room service was very poor. Staff are very poor. Not value for money.

The property is good but the A/C is not working. The A/C is not working and lizards are inside the room.

The meals were tasty, but the maintenance was awful, bathroom supplies were insufficient, the bed sheets looked unwashed, and the room finished poorly; the access road was a 5.2km stretch of dirt.

The location and resort concept were good, and the staff were helpful—especially Ms Leela Kumari and Kushal Man Singh at the restaurant, who were very good—but the room didn’t match the description: the junior suite listed separate living and bedroom areas, yet it wasn’t so, and the bathroom leaked from the skylight.
