I had a wonderful experience with the friendly staff, but unfortunately, I struggled to find my way around the hotel on my first night due to a late arrival and the lack of time to receive a proper explanation of the humidifier and amenities. I would have appreciated a more concise guide or a written manual for those in a hurry. To make matters worse, I woke up with a dry throat and felt like I was coming down with a cold.

“梅田駅から徒歩圏内で快適なホテルです。”

I was impressed by the hotel's cleanliness and modern facilities, which made for a very comfortable stay. However, I did find it a bit noisy at night due to a nearby bar, although it wasn't too loud to be unbearable. It was just a minor annoyance that didn't detract from my overall experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's recent renovation, which had transformed it into a beautiful and modern space. The staff were also very accommodating, allowing me to choose my preferred pillow from a selection available at the reception desk. This was a great touch, especially since I have trouble sleeping without a low pillow.

The hotel's location was perfect for meeting up with friends, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, extending to the dining areas as well. The staff were also very efficient and friendly, which made for a great stay. However, I did find the shower area to be a bit cramped, and I would have preferred a larger bath area.
