How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
It was conveniently located near everything I needed, the beds were comfortable, the shower water was hot, and breakfast was good; I have no complaints about the property.

The front desk lady was friendly, yet the room smelled of mold and the AC didn’t work.

I was poorly attended at reception—an impatient attendant was rude, didn’t understand the policy on the service dog fee, rushed me through the paperwork without letting me read it, and tossed the room keys toward me on the counter; the night staff in Czech were unhelpful, but the morning employee was very polite.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room, however, had a smell of stagnant water or mold.
