When we checked out, the owner and staff seemed more annoyed than helpful, treating us like a bother, and they even failed to correct a booking mistake they made, offering no remedy.

“Disappointing”

Clean, comfortable. Rude and inhospitable While I would like to be able to recommend Jeffreys Motel for its cleanliness and comfortable rooms (3 star standard), unfortunately I was met at reception by an exceptionally rude and unwelcoming person who I can only assume is the proprietor. I had messaged the motel to advise of a late arrival and received a reply confirming with instructions I would receive a code to the safe box outside reception via text. I did not receive this text. I contacted the after-hours service but was interrupted by this person who did not introduce himself, then told me I must have provided the wrong mobile number (my details are correctly recorded). He never addressed me by my name, then barked the code at me and dismissed me without any indication of where the room was on the property. This was an incredibly unprofessional and unpleasant interaction. Perhaps this person should reconsider their involvement in the service industry

The staff were friendly and helpful, and there was nothing negative to mention.
