How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.

No hot water, a nearly nonexistent breakfast: only one tart in the lounge, a few slices of toast with spreadable jam, a single pineapple juice, and just two refillable water bottles. There was a coffee machine and cappuccino dispenser, but the variety was far from an Italian breakfast. Missing were brioche, croissants, cakes, spreadable chocolate, toast – the bare minimum for a place that charges that rate.

I had a truly pleasant stay and was very satisfied. The room was beautiful, clean, welcoming, and meticulously detailed – perfect for relaxing and feeling right at home. The staff deserve special praise: kind, helpful, and always ready to assist. I met genuinely friendly and professional people who made me feel warmly welcomed from the moment I arrived. Overall, I was very happy: excellent cleanliness, a well‑maintained environment, great customer care, and a genuinely pleasant atmosphere. The care put into every aspect of the stay is evident. Huge thanks to the entire staff for their kindness and professionalism. I would definitely recommend this experience and would gladly return.
