The hot water was almost non‑existent, and the pressure was very low. They took a long time to reply to messages because there’s no reception desk.

The room was superb, the bed very comfortable, the location quiet, all the comforts were there, and the bathroom was very well equipped! The only downside was the lack of a shower.

The room was beautiful and spacious with an exceptional bathroom, but the air conditioning didn’t work on either unit.

The accommodation itself is very, very good and pleasant. There are several individual rooms (about 4 or 5) in a large apartment, each accessed by a code. A tiny shared kitchenette offers a sink that supplies sparkling or still chilled water: fantastic! A fridge, a coffee maker, a few cups, and a table where you can eat a meal you’ve bought yourself. There’s no staff, just other travelers. The first entry was confusing because the name DESIDERIO on the doorbell was erased; we were lucky that someone was out at the time and guided us, and someone else explained and gave us a key to the street entrance, the rest opens with codes. Note that there’s no parking, and once you enter the area the police will photograph your plate unless you go to the secure garage opposite the supermarket, which cancels the fine.
