The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and cheerful 5! The bed was super comfortable, and the hotel’s location is great – tram or train in 2 minutes. The busy area doesn’t bother me; I can’t hear any noise. Breakfast wasn’t bad, but the selection could be a bit larger and more varied… everything else was flawless, fresh, and tasty. The room wasn’t huge, but it met my needs. In room 502 the hot water was spotty – sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t. After a patient attempt I managed to get it on, but there were two times it didn’t. Aside from that, it’s a great spot, highly recommend! 😉
