The staff were friendly and wonderful, especially the front‑desk lady who was especially helpful; all the staff and cleaning ladies were very kind and cooperative. No negatives.

This hotel is in a great spot, close to restaurants, shops, and the metro, which made getting around really easy. The staff were friendly and the hotel itself was clean and comfortable. My only gripe is that it felt a bit basic, but for the price and location, I was happy with my stay.
