The receptionist sat outside smoking and chatted sociably with her colleague instead of handling check‑in. I had to ask the restaurant staff twice whether the reception was staffed, and eventually the smoking lady was approached and she actually came to check me in. Unbelievable.

Everything! There is an elevator, which helped me a lot. I was taken to the train station… Unfortunately, I didn’t know beforehand that there was also HP.

The hotel’s location and the friendliness of the staff were great, and I also liked the ambience. The only downside was that the stay was too short.
