How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location was convenient, close to the highway and the area I was visiting. However, it smelled awful; the cleaning products left a strong chemical odor. I’m sure all germs were destroyed, but I didn’t enjoy staying here and will avoid it in the future. The staff did what they could to make us comfortable, but the hotel corporation made some bad choices.

I couldn't manage the room temperature, the walls were thin and the floor was super noisy, and I had no idea we’d have to pay extra for parking; the breakfast buffet even added a fee for coffee.

The room and meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—were very good to excellent, but parking was a hassle and I didn't like the garage’s walls or circular layout; the phone in my room wasn’t plug‑in, yet maintenance fixed it quickly.
