Monica and her husband were wonderful. Our room was clean and air‑conditioned. The breakfast was excellent. The setting was relaxing, 25 minutes from Rome on line 98. The hosts were warm and communicative. Nothing to complain about.

The place is great, just a 20‑minute bus ride from the city centre, though it feels like you’re outside the city. The spot is super quiet, and the bus stop is only 5 feet away from the property. It’s very clean, the hosts are kind and helpful, the breakfast is varied and full, and parking is available on site. Everything was perfect!

The accommodation and surroundings are fantastic, with a local supermarket and excellent transport links to the Vatican and Rome centre. The hosts were welcoming and friendly.

The hosts were very helpful, polite, and pleasant to talk to. I learned a bit about the building’s history and the area, which feels like a countryside escape within the city, so you don’t even realise you’re in Rome. Breakfast was great, with fresh croissants each day and eggs from their own chickens. The location is about a 5‑minute walk to the bus station and to Conad. It takes roughly 30 minutes to reach the city, so that’s good to know. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a refrigerator that we didn’t use much because we were out all day. Car parking is available inside the courtyard; just ring when you arrive since the doors open remotely. Thanks again to both hosts for their hospitality and kindness.

Monica and Franco are exceptional hosts. Monica consistently goes above and beyond to help with your stay. Breakfast is wonderful, featuring fresh eggs from their chickens! The location is amazing, rustic in a small reserved wild parkland (you can’t walk in it), yet close to central Rome, so it’s great to have open space with cows and chickens right on the property. We travelled from central Rome, used the Metro and Bus from Spagna station, but friends took the bus straight to the edge of Rome’s historic centre and walked from there—apparently very easy. Everything was fabulous!
