Location, comfort, and cleanliness are excellent, yet the window that wouldn’t open was a drawback.

I stayed in a nice area with several restaurants nearby, the room was modern and comfortable, and there was parking under the hotel.

Good location relative to the metro and city center, but there were cockroaches in the room, a sharp marijuana smell in the hotel corridors, poor room cleaning, and no fridge in the room.
