The staff were helpful, especially receptionist Ms HAN who assisted us a lot and was always ready to help my family, though the hotel is a bit far from the city center; nevertheless, they support you with transport if needed.

The room was very nice, the bed comfortable, and the staff welcoming; it’s a 3‑minute walk from the train station and a large mall that stays open late, and although it’s far from Beijing center it’s easy to reach. Breakfast was good but could use more variety; the TV was unplugged and there was no wardrobe.

It’s close to the metro, but I booked for five adults and got two rooms with four single beds, leaving the fifth person without a bed.
