“Very nice, very quiet, great neighborhood, great location and great people!”
The breakfast was great and the host was wonderful! When we return to South Bend, we’ll definitely book one of their nicer rooms.

The Inn itself and its décor had a lot of character. Our hosts were friendly and accommodating, and breakfast was tasty. I enjoyed everything.

Every breakfast was superb and different each day. We liked the common areas, like the living room, and appreciated not having to stay in our room. We also liked the availability of all‑day snacks and beverages. We had one nightstand and could have used two; since you can view pictures of each room beforehand, it was our fault that we chose a room with only one nightstand!

The property is beautiful. The hosts know a lot about the history of the place and the town. Breakfast and coffee are exceptional. We stayed once on our way out east and again on our return trip west, and we plan to stay again.
