The place is very well situated, yet the towels are clean but have many stains; it would be nice to replace some of them.

The location was good, but the weather didn’t cooperate, and the night was impossible; we had to change rooms in the middle of the night, and booking never resolved anything after we filed many complaints, while the hotel just brushed it off saying the complaint was through booking.
