The cost was reasonable, and I hope they return the damage deposit since we cleaned up after ourselves; it felt like a hidden and unexpected charge because it wasn’t mentioned at booking, which caused an unexpected financial issue. The towels and sheets were stained, we stayed for four nights, and there was no housekeeping at all. We never got fresh towels; at check‑in we received three towels, three hand towels, and three washcloths, and no one asked if we needed more or wanted housekeeping to come in. The place didn’t provide shampoo, conditioner, or body wash—only one tiny bar of soap. Most hotels supply blow dryers, but this hotel didn’t, so we were unprepared for that.

Nothing good, everything bad. It felt scary, in a sketchy area with sketchy people outside the property. It was gross and we didn’t feel safe, so we cancelled our reservations because of how unsafe it looked and felt.

The building looked freshly painted and clean until we reached our rooms, where it was filthy and we didn’t feel safe. If we hadn’t wanted to make our friends feel bad about recommending this motel, we would have left.

My son checked in and was asked to leave; they charged for the entire week even though he was only there for hours. No customer‑service rep helped us get a refund, the hotel phone was disconnected, and my email to the hotel never got a reply. I’ll never use that booking platform again.
