The place is nice and peaceful, yet the hosts could have been a touch friendlier and more welcoming, especially since they’re in the hospitality business.

The property was lovely in a quiet spot, the restaurant was great, and the room was very nice and clean with helpful staff; only the pillow felt a bit hard if you’re picky, but honestly we liked everything.

The landlord was very friendly and cooked a rare steak dinner to my liking with a good portion size; I would have preferred a cooked breakfast, as the breakfast area was a bit crowded, but a full breakfast would have been a treat.
