Roaches in the bathroom and room, plus a very musty odor. How can something like this be available for booking? I find this unacceptable!

The location is fine and the staff are friendly. However, there were roaches and a strong cannabis smell in the elevator and especially on the fourth floor where my room was.

They offer no amenities in the room—no coffee machine, no water bottle, no soap—and there are roaches in the room. The shower tap is broken and roaches are present as well.
