How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room was nice, clean, and everything was absolutely fine. The reception staff were pleasant, and the breakfast was generous. They stored my bike safely in the storage. I just felt a bit out of place in the casino area, but that was unnecessary since the accommodation is separate.

Good value for money. I had to give my fingerprint.

The process of data collection at check‑in was long and opaque.

You cannot stay without registering at the casino, meaning you need a third‑leg inspection. The facility is not a hotel; as a lodging it is entirely unsuitable.

We were Czech citizens but had no permanent residency, so the hotel wouldn’t let us stay. We had to cancel and were left stranded in a strange city, even couldn’t buy food or drinks. The staff said they need to verify people, but our IDs weren’t enough. They should make that clear on their website.
