The largest room here — balcony and dining area.
Beds 8.4/10 · 18 guests mention them

20 m² · 1 double bed · Sleeps 2
A private balcony provides an inner‑courtyard outlook, and the room is a smoking‑allowed Deluxe Double with air‑conditioning. Inside, a flat‑screen satellite TV and a single bed accommodate two guests. The en‑suite bathroom is private and includes a shower.
The rooms were spotless and felt amazing.
“Great Value for Money”
The value for money was solid, the room was spacious and the staff were helpful, yet the narrow access road was often blocked by vehicles, a table would have helped keep a suitcase, and the toilet felt a bit cramped.
Hospitality
“Good place in Baner.”
The breakfast was decent, but the location scored only a 5 out of 10; the food presentation and variety left something to be desired.
“Value for money”
The location and facilities were good, but the breakfast was subpar; the last 50–100 metres of the approach road were usually blocked by locals and workers, though that’s irrelevant if you’re not driving.
