The room was nice. The entertainment was lacking, there weren’t enough daytime activities, and no water sports were included in the all‑inclusive package.

For the most part the amenities were fine. It looked like it needed some touch‑ups and you couldn’t access certain things first thing in the morning that you should have access to.

The staff tried their best. Room service took forever with the food, leaving us hungry. The food was not good at all, my gosh. If you’re handing someone a birthday cake, at least have a container. Also, the sensor system makes no sense; the AC went down every minute even when the door or balcony door was closed. There were multiple power cuts. The resort claimed it was luxury, but I know what luxury is. There were also too many rules for the property, preventing us from going to certain areas. There was not much entertainment either; we had to walk around to see where we could enjoy the night.
