“Muy buena opción en Nápoles”
The spot was convenient, the view lovely, the coffee and minibar handy, but the building’s common areas—especially the old lobby—felt dated, and there’s no elevator.
“Ottimo”
The room was tidy, bright, and roomy, and the host was friendly and helpful even from a distance; the central spot is just two steps from the metro. However, some details need tweaking with minor renovations. The bathroom, despite the lamp light, stayed a bit dark—perhaps ceiling lighting could help. The room isn’t accessible to everyone; elderly guests or those unable to use stairs would struggle, though adding an elevator to such an old building is complicated. Also, the rugs were a bit low; more options would have been better.
I had a great stay in Naples; the location is superb—close to main sights, all reachable on foot. The shared terrace for the three apartments is lovely and gives a nice harbor view. We were allowed early check‑in, which was much appreciated. Paid parking is right next to the building. A few small issues: the AC had a slight moldy odor when on, and the harbor noise made it hard to sleep with windows open at night. The apartments are on the 4th floor with no elevator, so carrying heavy luggage up was a bit of a climb. Also, the city tax had to be paid strictly in cash.
