The location, the area, the breakfast, close to cafés, many breweries, excellent pubs. I’d like the breakfast to run an hour longer so I could sleep a bit more.

We found the breakfast good with plenty of options. The room was a little cold, but after speaking to a staff member it was all sorted.

The location was great, staff excellent, rooms very clean and modern. Breakfast could have offered more choices, but I’m looking forward to staying again. It was a bit overpriced and the lift experience was disappointing at times, as I had to wait 5 minutes for one.

The room was nice and clean, and the staff were helpful; breakfast was good. The sofa bed was the worst—springy and lumpy, the window was broken with a handle hanging off so it couldn’t open, and the double glazing was so weak that I could hear conversations from the street.

The room was fantastic and the location excellent, with staff that were both friendly and professional. The bar area felt a bit tired, though it was very clean.
